REFUND AND REFUND CONDITIONS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay shipping costs in order to receive a refund.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process your return within 2-5 business days. We aim to carry out this process as quickly as possible.

Once your return is processed, we will notify you and initiate a refund. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method. While we guarantee speedy processing on our end, please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund to your account .

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

In case you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. To assist in resolving the issue, we require a photo of the item you received. After verification, we will send the correct item to you at no additional charge. Alternatively, you can keep the mistakenly sent item as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused.

DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory, so we can evaluate the issue and fix it.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUND

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If the refund is approved, the amount will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post your refund.
