PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME

Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00PM(CST) Monday to Friday

Order processing:

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing after your order is placed, regardless of the shipping option selected.

Delivery time:

Shipping time is 7 – 15 days. However, in some objective cases such as holidays when the number of orders is high or due to weather factors, your order may be delayed a few days, please wait. We appreciate your patience.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Our standard shipping cost is $6.99 per order.

However in some cases additional custom fees may arise such as taxes or duties, these cases rarely occur but we advise customers to be aware of it.

CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING:

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the package is shipped

ADDRESS ISSUES:

Make sure the address you provide is complete. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees if address is incomplete. If a package is lost due to an address issue, we will work with you to find a solution.

LOST ORDER

In the unlikely event that your order is lost, please contact us, we will not be responsible for the loss of your order, but we will assist you to the best of our ability maybe.
