Order Processing and Shipping

Order Cut-Off Time: 6PM (CST) (Monday to Friday)

Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we receive a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by several days. Please allow additional delivery days.

If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is within 7-15 business days (may take longer, depending on destination). Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A signature will be required upon delivery.

However, there will be circumstances we cannot foresee such as weather conditions or logistical difficulties that may result in minor delays. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email. In these cases, we will contact you.

To ensure the security of your order, a signature is required upon delivery. We do not offer the option of leaving your delivery unsigned or unattended.
